FLIGHT ARRIVALS: (for students flying
into San Antonio)
After deplaning, go
directly to the baggage claim area. An Elite Ecole TX representative
(with an Elite Ecole TX sign) will be in the baggage claim area to
direct you to the shuttle van or taxi station. REMINDER: Please pack bags that YOU can carry. Limit your bags in size and number. Cost for the
shuttle will be $20.00 per student, in cash, paid to the driver. All
students (flying or driving) are requested to bring a minimum of extra
"stuff". Deadline for all flight information: June 15, 2010.
NOTE: Should
travel plans dictate, students may arrive on Tuesday, July 20. Call for
additional details.
MAILING OF BEDDING:
If you will be mailing bedding, pillow, and
towels: The campus post office is not open on Saturday or Sunday to
receive mail or package delivery, so please mail articles with time! We
suggest that you send all packages so they are scheduled to arrive
by July 12-15. This will insure their arrival for check-in on Wednesday,
July 21. Students will run the risk of being without their bedding, etc. if
mailed late. Elite Ecole TX staff will collect all received
packages on Tuesday, July 20. Packages and boxes may be picked up in the dorm
during check-in. We suggest that students retain their boxes so that they can
re-pack them to move out on Saturday, July 31, or check the box as
baggage on their return flight.
The Elite Ecole TX cannot be responsible for
articles that students leave behind.
Other conferences will follow us. Please
limit your articles to ONE box of a manageable size.
MONEY MATTERS:
We encourage parents to send students with
traveler's checks in small increments, or a Visa check card, so that cash is
available only as needed. Students will be
able to use these checks when making purchases on or off campus.
Suggested amount: $50.00 - 75.00 for the 10
days. (This is for incidentals, not including dance shoes or dance supplies.)
