Joshua Trader

Joshua Trader trained under Richard Gibson and Zory Karah at the Academy of Ballet in San Francisco. It was during this time he first became involved with the Joffrey Workshop San Antonio as a student in 1995. Mr. Trader has since taught classes as well as choreographed for final performance of the Joffrey Workshop which has remained a vital part of his continuing dance education and professional career. After completing his training, he joined Eugene Ballet where he danced many soloist and principal roles. Mr. Trader currently dances with Tulsa Ballet where he has performed works by many leading choreographers of the past and present, including Anthony Tudor, Lila York, Daniel Pelzig, Mauricio Wainrot, Val Caniperolli, Nicollo Fonte, Stanton Welch, Christopher Wheeldon, Ben Stevonson, and Nacho Duato. He has also performed in classic ballets such as Giselle, Swan Lake, Don Quixote, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Cinderella
